2007 Monaco Knight Diesel Pusher – Initial Comments

We just got this big bad boy.  It is a different world with turbo diesel power, air brakes, and 8 air bag suspension.  Cruises down the road very well and is much quieter with the engine in the rear.  The only big thing I don’t like is that they didn’t put the generator on a slide, so any service work requires pulling it out.  If I ever have that done, I am going to try to get it installed with slides when they put it back.  We’ll see how that works.

We’ve only had it a week or so so it’s too early too tell what problems it may have.  I thought the refrigerator was not working, but it is just that it takes a long time (almost a day) to start to get cold.  I kept thinking it should at least start to be cold within several hours and turned it back off to avoid damaging something.
